Abstract:To explore the effect of integrated medical and nursing care in cesarean section and its influence on scar degree. Methods A total of 108 parturients with cesarean section admitted to our hospital from January to October 2023 were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 54 parturients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing mode, and the study group was treated with integrated medical and nursing care mode. The pain degree, scar degree, incidence of adverse reactions and aesthetic satisfaction of incision were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 1 day and 1 week after operation (P <0.05). The width and thickness of incision scar in the study group were smaller than those in the control group at half a month and one month after operation (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the incision aesthetic satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Integrated medical and nursing care can reduce the degree of pain after cesarean section, improve the scar of incision, reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, and then improve the satisfaction of parturients with the beauty of incision.
