Abstract:To analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with eye plastic surgery. Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing eye plastic surgery in Xuzhou Renci Aesthetic Hospital from January 2021 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The clinical related indexes, complications and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The CAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the time of suture removal and swelling regression was shorter than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.65%, which was lower than 20.93% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 81.40% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients undergoing eye plastic surgery can reduce the incidence of complications, promote postoperative recovery, improve eye function, and patients' satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
