To explore the effect of high quality nursing in patients undergoing cosmetic suture after cesarean section. Methods A total of 50 patients with cesarean section admitted to the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology, China Railway Fuyang Hospital from August 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with cosmetic suture method. According to different nursing schemes, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing. The clinical indexes, complications and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The intraoperative blood loss, operation time, ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 8.00%, which was lower than 32.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 96.00%, which was higher than 76.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing in patients undergoing cosmetic suture after cesarean section has a good effect, which can reduce the amount of intraoperative blood loss, shorten the treatment time, help reduce the risk of complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
