Objective To observe the application effect of liposuction combined with EMBRACE diamond carving in facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 85 patients with facial rejuvenation needs admitted to our hospital from May 2021 to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group (42 patients) and observation group (43 patients). The control group was treated with EMBRACE diamond carving, and the observation group was treated with liposuction combined with EMBRACE diamond carving. The improvement of facial aesthetics, the volume of Antera depression and the occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The total improvement rate of facial aesthetics in the observation group was higher than that in the control group at 1 month after treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The volume of Antera depression in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups (P >0.05). Conclusion Liposuction combined with EMBRACE diamond carving can play an important role in the treatment of facial rejuvenation, with definite curative effect. Meanwhile, it can improve facial depression, and has high safety.
