Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of facial (frontotemporal) rhytidectomy combined with autologous fat filling in facial rejuvenation surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients with facial rejuvenation surgery who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to June 2023 were selected as observation objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random envelope grouping method, with 50 patients in each group. The control group was treated with facial(frontotemporal) rhytidectomy, and the observation group was treated with facial(frontotemporal)rhytidectomy combined with autologous fat filling. The distance from pupil point to the intersection of nasolabial sulcus and pupil vertical line, quality of life score, clinical efficacy, cosmetic satisfaction rate and complication rate were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results The distance from pupil point to the intersection of nasolabial sulcus and pupil vertical line in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 84.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The cosmetic satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.00%, which was higher than 86.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion For patients undergoing facial rejuvenation surgery, the combination of facial (frontotemporal) rhytidectomy and autologous fat filling has a good therapeutic effect, which can shorten the distance from the pupil point to the intersection of the nasolabial sulcus and the pupil vertical line, improve the quality of life, and patients have higher satisfaction with beauty.
