Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of fractional laser combined with topical triamcinolone acetonide in the treatment of neurodermatitis. Methods Fifty patients with neurodermatitis admitted to our hospital from February to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and treatment group according to the random number table method, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide injection, and the treatment group was treated with fractional laser irradiation combined with topical triamcinolone acetonide. The symptom scores and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of erythema, edema/infiltration/papules, scales, lichenification and pruritus in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the treatment group was 96.00%, which was higher than 72.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Fractional laser combined with topical triamcinolone acetonide can effectively improve the therapeutic effect and relieve symptoms in patients with neurodermatitis, which is worthy of clinical application.
