The severity of psoriasis, clinical efficacy quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the PASI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.48%, which was higher than 73.81% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of DLQI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%, which was lower than 19.04% in the control group (P <0.05).
