Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of small incision degreasing combined with continuous embedding double eyelid surgery in patients with asymmetric double eyelid. Methods From January 2022 to October 2023, 160 patients with asymmetric double eyelids admitted to Shuyang Youci Medical Beauty Clinic in Jiangsu Province were divided into control group and observation group, with 80 patients in each group. In the control group, patients was treated with conventional incision double eyelid surgery, while in the observation group, patients was treated with small incision degreasing combined with continuous embedding double eyelid surgery. The perioperative indicators, inflammatory factor levels, complication rates, and satisfaction at 3 months after surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The observation group had less intraoperative blood loss than that in the control group, and compared with the control group, the operation time, wound healing time, first ambulation time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter (P <0.05). Meanhiwl, the observation group had lower levels of IL-6, CRP and TNF-αthan those in the control group at 3 days after operation (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 1.25%, which was lower than 8.75% in the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 months after operation (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with asymmetric double eyelids, small incision degreasing combined with continuous embedding double eyelid surgery can promote postoperative recovery, reduce inflammatory factors, reduce complications, and improve the patients' satisfaction.
