Abstract:Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of cryotherapy after eye plastic aesthetic surgery. Methods From January 2022 to August 2023, 72 patients with eye plastic aesthetic surgery admitted to Chengdu Wuhou Weidu Medical Beauty Clinic were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The control group was given routine treatment after operation, and the observation group was given cryotherapy on the basis of the control group. The pain degree, postoperative rehabilitation process index , postoperative wound recovery effect, eye swelling degree and psychological state were compared between the two groups. Results The wound VAS scores at 1, 2, 4, 8, 12 and 24 h after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The wound healing time, pain disappearance time and swelling disappearance time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The total effective rate of postoperative wound recovery in the observation group was 97.22%, which was higher than 86.11% in the control group (P <0.05). The height of eye fissure in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after operation, and the eyelid width and the score periocular swelling were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group at 12 and 24 h after operation were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with eye plastic aesthetic surgery, cryotherapy can effectively relieve the degree of pain and swelling, and accelerate wound healing and recovery, and improve the patient's adverse psychological state.
