    目的 探讨融入思政元素的微课结合皮肤镜图片在《皮肤性病学》课程“银屑病”章节教学中的 应用效果。方法 选取2023年2月-7月于首都医科大学大兴教学医院进行理论课学习的34名首都医科大学急 诊本科班同学作为研究对象,以皮肤性病学“银屑病”章节教学为例,将思政元素融入微课,结合皮损皮 肤镜图片进行教学,在课前预习、理论授课及见习实践3个教学环节中不断强化授课效果,分析34名急诊 本科班同学成绩并调查其满意度。结果 3 4名急诊本科班同学成绩均达到7 0分以上,平均分为 (90.08±2.25)分,且90~100分占比达52.94%(18/34);满意度调查问卷显示,课程的趣味性、理论知识掌 握、自学能力培养、临床实践能力培养、解决问题能力培养5个条目总满意率较高,均达到96.30%,思维能 力培养总满意率较低,为59.26%。结论 融入思政元素的微课结合皮肤镜图片在《皮肤性病学》课程“银 屑病”章节教学中的应用效果确切,学生考试分数较为理想,且教学满意度较高,值得在教学中应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application effect of micro-course combined with dermoscopy pictures integrated with ideological and political elements in the teaching of "Psoriasis" chapter of "Dermatology and Venereology". Methods From February to July 2023,34 emergency undergraduate students of Capital Medical University who studied theoretical courses in Daxing Teaching Hospital, Capital Medical University were selected as the research objects. Taking the chapter teaching of "Psoriasis" in dermatology and venereology as an example, the ideological and political elements were integrated into the microcourse, combined with the skin lesion dermoscopy pictures for teaching, and the teaching effect was continuously strengthened in the three teaching links of pre-class preview, theoretical teaching and probation practice. The scores of 34 emergency undergraduate students were analyzed and their satisfaction was investigated. Results The scores of 34 emergency undergraduate students all reached more than 70 scores, with an average score of (90.08±2.25) scores, and the proportion of 90-100 scores reached 52.94%(18/34); the satisfaction questionnaire showed that the total satisfaction rate of the five items of interest, theoretical knowledge mastery, self-learning ability training, clinical practice ability training and problem-solving ability training was higher, reaching 96.30%, and the total satisfaction rate of thinking ability training was lower, which was 59.26%. Conclusion The application effect of micro-course combined with dermoscopy pictures integrated with ideological and political elements in the teaching of "Psoriasis" chapter of "Dermatology and Venereology" course is accurate, the students' test scores are ideal, and the teaching satisfaction is high, which is worthy of application in teaching.
