Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing service in clinical oral restoration. Methods A total of 160 patients who underwent oral restoration in our hospital from March 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and study group, with 80 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing services, and the study group was given high-quality nursing services. The treatment-related conditions, occurrence of nursing complaints, nursing satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The waiting time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, and the treatment compliance rate and repair success rate were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of nursing complaints in the study group was 0, which was lower than 6.25% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 92.50%, which was higher than 81.25% of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of physical function, psychological function, social function and material life state in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those in the study group were higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing service in clinical oral restoration is effective, which can effectively shorten the waiting time and improve the degree of treatment cooperation of patients. Meanwhile, it has positive significance for improving the repair effect and improving the quality of life of patients.
