Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing based on Omaha system in patients with mandibular ameloblastoma fibular flap transplantation. Methods A total of 77 patients with mandibular ameloblastoma fibular flap transplantation admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n =37) and observation group (n =40). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on Omaha system on the basis of the control group. The compliance, nursing effect and quality of life of the two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of state, cognition and behavior in the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The UW-QOL scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Continuing nursing based on Omaha system can improve the health education compliance of patients with mandibular ameloblastoma fibular flap transplantation, which is beneficial to improve the state, cognition and behavior of patients, so as to further improve their quality of life.
