Abstract:Objective To observe the effect of comprehensive nursing management on patients in the plastic and cosmetic surgery outpatient operation room. Methods From August 2022 to August 2023, 68 patients who underwent surgical treatment in the plastic and cosmetic surgery outpatient operation room of our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and intervention group by random number table method, with 34 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing management, and the intervention group was treated with comprehensive nursing management. The psychological status, nursing satisfaction, infection, operating room nursing management quality and pain degree were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the intervention group after nursing were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 97.06%, which was higher than 79.41% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of infection in the intervention group was 5.88%, which was lower than 23.53% in the control group (P <0.05). The score of nursing management quality in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the intervention group was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing management for patients in the plastic and cosmetic surgery outpatient operation room is effective. It can effectively regulate the psychological state of patients and reduce their pain level. At the same time, it can improve the quality of nursing management in the operating room, which is conducive to improving patient satisfaction and achieving good infection prevention and control effect.
