Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on incision scar in patients undergoing pelvic floor surgery. Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent pelvic floor surgery in our hospital from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group (n =60) and observation group (n =60). The control group was given perioperative nursing, and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on WeChat platform on the basis of the control group. The incision healing, scar desalination and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The grade A healing rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was better than 75.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The VSS and PSAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Continuous nursing based on WeChat platform for patients undergoing pelvic floor surgery can accelerate incision healing, dilute scar tissue and improve their postoperative quality of life.
