Abstract:Objective To analyze the value of whole-course high quality nursing for patients with oral implantation during perioperative period and its influence on nursing satisfaction. Methods A total of 50 patients with oral implantation admitted to our hospital from May 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing during the perioperative period, and the experimental group was treated with whole-course high quality nursing during the perioperative period. The postoperative satisfaction, implantation success rate, stitch removal time after operation and VAS score were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction of each project in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The success rate of implantation in the experimental group was 92.00%, which was higher than 68.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The suture removal time after operation in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group, and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of whole-course high quality nursing for patients with oral implantation during perioperative period has good clinical value, which can improve the success rate of implantation and the level of nursing satisfaction, shorten the time of suture removal and reduce the degree of pain.
