Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of psychological nursing intervention+humanistic care for patients with chemotherapy-induced hair loss. Methods A total of 82 patients with chemotherapy-induced hair loss admitted to our hospital from April to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 41 patients in each group. The control group was given basic nursing, and the study group was given psychological nursing intervention+humanistic care. The psychological status before and after 1 and 2 weeks of nursing, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results The HAMA and HAMD scores of the two groups at 1 and 2 weeks after nursing were lower than those before nursing, and those in the study group was lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The SF-36 scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and those in the study group were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The satisfaction score of the two groups after nursing was higher than that before nursing, and that in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with chemotherapyinduced hair loss, psychological nursing intervention+humanistic care can improve their bad psychological state, quality of life and nursing satisfaction, with higher clinical application value.
