    摘要:

    目的 观察微聚焦超声在面部皮肤老化美容中的效果。方法 选取2023年1月-2024年1月期间在我院诊治的68例面部皮肤老化美容患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各组34例。对照组采用透明质酸水光注射,观察组在对照组基础上给予微聚焦超声治疗,观察比较两组美容效果、面部皱纹(WSRS)评分、全球审美改善(GAIS)评分、疼痛(VAS)评分、皮肤指标、并发症发生率、治疗满意度。结果 观察组治疗总有效率94.12%高于对照组82.35%(P<0.05);2组WSRS、GAIS、VAS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);2组弹性、含水量均高于治疗前,经皮肤流失、皮脂含量、血红素、黑色素均低于治疗前,且观察组弹性、含水量均高于对照组,皮肤流失、皮脂含量、血红素、黑色素均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率8.82%低于对照组20.59%(P<0.05);观察组治疗满意度100.00%高于对照组85.29%(P<0.05)。结论 微聚焦超声治疗面部皮肤老化美容效果确切,可提高治疗总有效率,改善皮肤状态,降低面部皱纹、疼痛评分,预防并发症,提升治疗满意度,具有重要的临床应用价值。

    Abstract:

    objective to observe the effect of micro-focused ultrasound in facial skin aging beauty. Methods a total of 68 patients with aging facial 2023 from January to 2024 were randomly divided into control group and Observation Group. The control group was treated with light injection of hyaluronic acid water, and the observation group was treated with micro-focused ultrasound on the basis of the control group, the cosmetic effect, the score of facial wrinkles (WSRS) , the score of global aesthetic improvement (Gais) , the score of pain (Vas) , the skin index, the incidence of complications and the treatment satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups. Results: the total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12% , which was higher than that of the control group (82.35% , p < 0.05) , and the scores of WSRS, GAIS and Vas in both groups were lower than that before treatment, and the observation group was lower than that of the control group (p < 0.05) The elasticity and water content in both groups were higher than those before treatment, and the skin loss, sebum content, heme and melanin in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the elasticity and water content in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the skin loss, sebum content, heme and melanin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (p < 0.05) , and the complication rate in the observation group was 8.82% lower than that in the control group (20.59% , p > 0.05) The satisfaction degree of the Observation Group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group (85.29%)(p < 0.05) . Conclusion: micro-focused ultrasound is effective in the treatment of facial skin aging. It can increase the total effective rate, improve the skin condition, reduce the score of facial wrinkles and pain, prevent complications and improve the satisfaction of treatment, it has important clinical application value.
