Objective To analyze the clinical effect of light-cured resin combined with all-ceramic crown in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 80 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was repaired with all-ceramic crowns, and the observation group was repaired with light-cured resin and all-ceramic crowns. The masticatory function, overall repair effect, adverse reactions and prognosis satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results There was no significant difference in masticatory function score between the two groups after repair (P >0.05). The total effective rate of overall repair in the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 27.50% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The prognosis satisfaction of the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 70.00% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of light-cured resin combined with all-ceramic crown in the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth is exact, which can improve the prognosis of patients. Meanwhile, the incidence of adverse reactions is low, and the patient satisfaction is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
