    目的 分析黄褐斑应用窄谱精准脉冲光滑动模式联合水杨酸的临床效果。方法 选取2019 年1月-2023年9月在我院治疗的86例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组, 各43例。对照组应用DPL滑动模式治疗,试验组应用DPL滑动模式联合水杨酸治疗,对比两组mMASI评 分、医师整体评价情况、患者满意度。结果 试验组治疗后mMASI评分为(2.95±2.30)分,低于对照组的 (3.72±2.24)分(P <0.05);试验组医师整体评价优于对照组(P <0.05);试验组满意度为93.35%,高 于对照组的81.40%(P <0.05)。结论 对于黄褐斑患者采用窄谱精准脉冲光滑动模式联合水杨酸治疗,可 以降低mMASI评分,提高医师整体评价及患者满意度。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore and analyze the therapeutic effect on sliding mode of narrow-spectrum delicate pulsed light combined with salicylic acid in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 86 patients with chloasma who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to September 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 43 patients in each group. The control group was treated with DPL sliding mode. The experimental group was treated with DPL sliding mode combined with salicylic acid. The mMASI score, physician global assesment and patient satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results After treatment, the mMASI score of the experimental group was (2.95±2.30) scores, which was lower than (3.72±2.24) scores of the control group (P <0.05). The physician global assesment in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.35%, which was better than 81.40% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with chloasma, sliding mode of narrow-spectrum delicate pulsed light combined with salicylic acid treatment can reduce the mMASI score, improve the physician global assesment, and improve patient satisfaction.
