Abstract:Objective Analysis of facial filler poly (lactic acid) (PLA) in patients with nasal prosthesis skewed modify efficacy, and safety, expectations for clinical nasal prosthesis skewed repair methods provide new clues. Method A total of 30 patients with nasal prosthesis deviation after cosmetic rhinoplasty surgery from January 2021 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. Polylactic acid facial filler was used to modify the opposite side of nasal prosthesis deviation, so as to achieve visual symmetry after nasal prosthesis repair.Visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to compare the changes of patients" satisfaction with nasal vision before and after modification. The safety, maintenance success rate and patient satisfaction of the repair method were compared after 3 months of follow-up. Result The VAS score of patients with nasal prosthesis skew was (6.98±0.892) points before operation and (1.56±0.803) points after operation, and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). After the operation, 1 patient had mild allergic symptoms; After 3 months of follow-up, the patient did not develop facial infection, dyspnea, displacement of fillers and other complications, the patient felt comfortable, the surgical repair effect remained at a good level, and there was no partial deformation or deterioration of polylactide facial fillers. The satisfaction of patients with nasal appearance after operation and 3 months after operation were 100% and 96.67%, respectively. Conclusion Polylactic acid facial filler can be used to modify nasal prosthesis skewness. This method is safe, effective and has high patient satisfaction. It can be widely recommended in clinical practice
