Objective To analyze the effect of sodium hyaluronate compound solution filling in the treatment of patients with upper eyelid depression. Methods A total of 80 patients with upper eyelid depression admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with double eyelid plasty, and the observation group was treated with sodium hyaluronate composite solution filling. The clinical treatment effect, satisfaction score and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.50%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction score of the observation group was (3.25±0.18) scores, which was higher than (2.12±0.06) scores of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Patients with upper eyelid depression can obtain higher clinical value after receiving sodium hyaluronate composite solution filling treatment, which can improve upper eyelid depression, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve patient satisfaction.
