Objective To analyze the effect of incision nursing under clinical nursing pathway on incision aesthetics for hypertensive parturients after cesarean section. Methods A total of 60 hypertensive parturients admitted to our hospital from February to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 parturientsin each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given incision nursing under clinical nursing pathway on the basis of the control group. The incision aesthetics, incision healing time, incision scar score and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The score of incision aesthetics in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incision healing time of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The PSAS score and OSAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%, which was lower than 23.33% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The effect of incision nursing under clinical nursing pathway after cesarean section for hypertensive parturients is good, which can effectively shorten the healing time of incision, help to dilute the scar of incision, and has positive significance for improving the incisionaesthetics. Meanwhile, the incidence of postoperative complications is low and the safety is high, which is worthy of clinical application.
