Abstract:【】 Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of light-curing composite resin on patients with clinical oral cosmetic repair. Methods: A total of 70 patients with clinical oral cosmetic restoration from April 2020 to July 2023 were selected for treatment. Clinical grouping was carried out according to coin tossing method. Reference group (35 cases) : The patients were treated with reasonable routine repair therapy; Study group (35 cases) : The patients were treated with light curing composite resin. The total effective rate, masticatory function satisfaction rate, color satisfaction rate, adaptation degree satisfaction rate and total complication rate of the two groups were compared. Results: Compared with the reference group, the total effective rate was significantly improved in the study group (P<0.05). The satisfaction rate of masticatory function, color satisfaction rate and degree of adaptation were significantly improved in the study group compared with the reference group (P<0.05). Compared with the reference group, the total incidence of complications was significantly decreased in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The effective application of light curing composite resin can significantly improve the therapeutic effect and safety of patients with oral cosmetic repair during the treatment period, and can significantly improve the satisfaction rate of patients" masticatory function, color satisfaction rate and degree of adaptation satisfaction rate.
