Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of small incision degreasing combined with continuous embedding double eyelid surgery in asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery. Methods A total of 60 patients with asymmetric double eyelid admitted to theFirst Hospital of Hohhot Cityfrom March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was treated with traditional incision, and the experimental group was treated with small incision degreasing combined with continuous embedding double eyelid surgery. The clinical efficacy, clinical related indicators, postoperative pain, adverse reactions and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group (P <0.05). The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, healing time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were less than those of the control group (P <0.05). The VAS score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group at 5 and 7 days after operation (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Small incision degreasing combined with continuous embedding double eyelid surgery has a good effect in asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery, and has high safety. Meanwhile, the postoperative recovery speed is faster, the patient's pain is lower, and the satisfaction is higher, which is worthy of clinical application.
