Clinical Effect of Micro-screw Implant Anchorage in Malocclusion

    摘要:

    目的 探究微螺钉种植体支抗在错颌畸形治疗中的效果。方法 选取2021年12月-2023年10月于我 院接受治疗的错颌畸形患者70例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组35例。对照组应用口外弓支抗正畸 治疗方案,观察组应用微螺钉种植体支抗正畸治疗方案,比较两组咀嚼功能、牙列指标、并发症 发生率。结果 两组治疗后咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学 意义(P <0.05);观察组治疗后上、下中切牙角及上、下切牙宽度均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义 (P <0.05);观察组并发症发生率为5.71%,低于对照组的25.71%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。 结论 错颌畸形患者应用微螺钉种植体支抗正畸治疗可以有效改善其咀嚼功能和牙列指标,降低并发症 发生率,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the effect of micro-screw implant anchorage in the treatment of malocclusion. Methods A total of 70 patients with malocclusion who were treated in our hospital from December 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 patie nts in each group. The control group was treated with extraoral arch anchorage orthodontic treatment, and the observation group was treated with micro-screw implant anchorage orthodontic treatment. The masticatory function, dentition index and complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the bite force and masticatory efficiency of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, the difference were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the angle of upper and lower central incisors and the width of upper and lower incisors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.71%, which was lower than 25.71% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Micro-screw implant anchorage orthodontic treatment can effectively improve the masticatory function and dentition index of patients with malocclusion, and reduce the incidence of complications, which is worthy of clinical application.
