Abstract:[Abstract] Objective: To observe the curative effect of continuous CO2 laser low-power Minor exfoliation on seborrheic keratosis of face. Methods: From January 2022 to December 2023, 46 patients with facial seborrheic keratosis were diagnosed in the Third People's Hospital of Danyang, and were treated with continuous CO2 laser and high-frequency ionization by random method, including 26 cases in CO2 laser group and 20 cases in high-frequency ionization group. The skin lesion removal, immediate bleeding, wound repair and pigmentation status of the two groups were calculated and compared. Results: The effective rate of high-frequency ion treatment group was 81.25%, while the total effective rate of micro-exfoliation treatment with low power CO2 laser was 100%,and there was a statistical difference (P<0.05). Low-power CO2 laser microdissection was superior to high-frequency ionization therapy (75%&26.92%) in the treatment of instant bleeding (P<0.05), and the difference is statistically significant. However, there was no statistical difference in the epidermal defects, skin lesion repair time and pigmentation (P>0.05) between the two groups. Conclusion: Low-power CO2 laser micro-exfoliation can effectively remove seborrheic keratosis of face, which is convenient, economical and easy to operate.
