:Objective:Toobservetheeffectsofextractionsitepreservationtechniquesonalveolarbonemassandalveolaraestheticsinpatientswithanteriordentalimplants.Methods:50patientswithanteriordentalimplantationinourhospitalfromJanuary2022toDecember2023wererandomlydividedintocontrolgroup(25cases,conventionaltreatment)andexperimentalgroup(25cases,toothextractionsitepreservationtreatment)basedonthenumbertable,andthetreatmenteffectofthetwogroupswascompared.Results:Therewerenosignificantdifferencesintheindexesofimmediateextractioninflammation,alveolarbonemassandalveolaraestheticsbetweenthetwogroups(P>0.05).Theinflammationindexesandtheincidenceofadversereactions(8.00%)intheexperimentalgroupwerelowerthanthoseinthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Thealveolarbonemassindexandalveolaraestheticindexoftheexperimentalgroupwerehigherthanthoseofthecontrolgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thepreservationtechnologyoftoothextractionsiteinpatientswithanteriordentalimplantscanalleviateinflammation,improvealveolarbonemassindexandalveolaraestheticindex,andreducetheincidenceofadversereactions.
