Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in oral restoration. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent oral restoration in our hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing modes, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing. The treatment compliance, negative emotion, nursing satisfaction, quality of life and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing quality score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in oral restoration is effective, which can improve the compliance of patients, alleviate their bad mood, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
