目的 分析在口腔修复中应用优质护理的效果。方法 选取2022年1月-2023年11月于本院接受口腔 修复治疗的60例患者作为研究对象，按照护理模式不同分为对照组和观察组，各30例。对照组给予 常规护理，观察组给予优质护理，比较两组治疗依从性、负面情绪、护理满意度、生活质量及护理质 量。结果 观察组依从性为100.00%，高于对照组的83.33%（P ＜0.05）；观察组干预后SAS评分、SDS评分 均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组护理满意度各项评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；观察组生活质量各项 评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；观察组干预后护理质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 优质护理在口 腔修复中的应用效果确切，可提升患者的依从性，缓解其不良情绪，有利于提高护理满意度，改善患者的 生活质量。
Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in oral restoration. Methods A total of 60 patients who underwent oral restoration in our hospital from January 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing modes, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 30 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing. The treatment compliance, negative emotion, nursing satisfaction, quality of life and nursing quality were compared between the two groups. Results The compliance of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 83.33% of the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing quality score of the observation group after intervention was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in oral restoration is effective, which can improve the compliance of patients, alleviate their bad mood, improve nursing satisfaction and quality of life of patients.
