Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of wholecourse psychological nursing on patients with double eyelid surgery and its effect on improving adverse psychological status. Methods A total of 50 patients who underwent double eyelid surgery in our hospital from April 2022 to November 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, and the study group received wholecourse psychological nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The adverse psychological status[the Sympton Check List-90 (SCL-90)], psychological resilience [the Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC)], quality of life [Comprehensive Quality of Life Assessment Questionnaire-74 (GQOL-74)], self-management ability [the Adult Health Self-Management Ability Assessment Scale (AHSMSRS)] and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After 7 days of nursing, the scores of anxiety, terror, paranoia, interpersonal sensitivity and obsessive-compulsive disorder in the SCL-90 score of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05);the scores of CD-RISC, GQOL-74 and AHSMSRS in the study group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05);the nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with double eyelid surgery, the wholecourse psychological nursing can alleviate theiradverse psychological status during the perioperative period, improve their psychological resilience and self-management ability, improve their quality of life, and patients have higher satisfaction with nursing.
