Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of postoperative dietary intervention on wound healing in patients with uterine fibroids. Methods A total of 80 patients with uterine fibroids admitted to our hospital from January to November 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given dietary intervention on this basis. The incision healing, incision aesthetics, first exhaust time, bed time, hospitalization days, complication rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing of the observation group was better than that of the control group after intervention (P <0.05). The wound aesthetics score of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P <0.05). The first exhaust time, getting out of bed time and hospitalization days in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 5.00%, which was lower than 15.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was (96.24±3.76) scores, which was higher than that of the control group (89.34±3.50) scores after intervention (P <0.05). Conclusion Dietary intervention for patients with uterine fibroids after operation can promote wound healing, improve wound aesthetics, shorten the first exhaust time, get out of bed time, hospitalization days, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve nursing satisfaction.
