Abstract:Vitiligo is one of the diseases with high incidence in dermatology department. The main clinical manifestations are the loss of melanocytes in skin, mucosa and hair follicles, and the formation of white plaque-shaped skin lesions, while the skin lesions will gradually aggravate with the further development of the disease. Vitiligo can have a serious impact on the physical health and mental health of patients, and patients are prone to psychological disorders during treatment. Psychological nursing can not only regulate the psychological status of patients, eliminate negative emotions, but also promote patients to cooperate with treatment with a positive attitude by evaluating the psychological activities and psychological problems with planned and purposeful nursing work. This article reviews the psychological characteristics, treatment and nursing status, and psychological nursing progress of vitiligo patients, in order to provide a reference for the selection of clinical nursing programs.
