Objective: To analyze the effect of laser cosmetic treatment in the treatment of acne superficial scar, in order to guide the follow-up treatment. Methods: The study was conducted from May 2022 to May 2024. 60 patients with acne superficial scar were selected as samples and divided into groups according to random number table method, including control group (conventional treatment) and study group (laser cosmetic treatment), n=30. Clinical indicators, acne scar Clinical Score Scale (ECCA), quality of life, treatment response rate were evaluated, and the incidence of adverse reactions was calculated. Results: The clinical indexes were evaluated. The results showed that the time indexes in the study group were shorter than those in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the ECCA score was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was higher in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of laser cosmetic therapy can help patients improve the quality of life, shorten the time of scab, scab removal and complete healing, the therapeutic effect is significant, and the incidence of adverse reactions is low, and the promotion and application value is high.
