Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Xiaoyao powder combined with Qibai powder in the treatment of chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation. Methods From February 2021 to December 2023, 44 patients with chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation type admitted to Nanwushijiazi Town Public Health Centre of Pingquan City were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 22 patients in each group. The control group was treated with oral Xiaoyao powder, and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyao Powder combined with Qibai powder. The improvement of skin lesions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the skin lesion area and skin lesion color score of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.45%, which was higher than 72.73% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with chloasma of liver depression and qi stagnation, the application of Xiaoyao powder combined with Qibai powder can improve the clinical efficacy and improve the degree of skin lesions.
