Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of microneedle introduction of Bonneheure collagen gel combined with glycolic acid in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 56 patients with chloasma admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 28 patients in each group. The control group was treated with single glycolic acid, and the observation group was treated with microneedle introduction of Bonneheure collagen gel combined with glycolic acid. The clinical efficacy, skin lesion area and severity, satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.43%, which was higher than 67.86% in the control group (P <0.05). The MASI score of the observation group at 1, 2 and 3 months after treatment was lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 71.43% of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 10.71%, which was higher than 7.14% in the control group, but difference was not statistically significant (P >0.05). Conclusion The application of microneedle introduction of Bonneheure collagen gel combined with glycolic acid in patients with chloasma can reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, improve the area and severity of skin lesions, and then improve patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
