Objective To investigate the effect of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream in the treatment of dermatitis and eczema. Methods A total of 76 patients with dermatitis and eczema admitted to our hospital from December 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 38 patients in each group. The control group was treated with compound dexamethasone acetate cream, and the experimental group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream. The clinical efficacy, symptom score and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.37%, which was higher than 81.58% in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of allergy, pruritus, papules and erosion in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the scores of physiological function, physical pain, mental health, social function and general health in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of triamcinolone acetonide and econazole nitrate cream in patients with dermatitis and eczema has a good effect, which can improve the symptom and the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
