Abstract:Objective To compare the clinical effects of two kinds of traumatic dislocation of anterior teeth replantation. Methods A total of 80 patients with traumatic dislocation of anterior teeth replantation admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into group A (n =40) and group B (n =40). Group A was treated with straight wire appliance or orthodontic ligature wire+resin fixation+pulp removal+Vitapex paste filling root canal treatment, and group B was treated with dental arch splint+ligature wire fixation+root canal treatment. The clinical efficacy, complication, aesthetic satisfaction and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of group A was 92.50%, which was higher than 75.00% of group B (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in group A was 5.00%, which was lower than 17.50% in group B (P <0.05). The aesthetic satisfaction of group A was 97.50%, which was higher than 80.00% of group B (P <0.05). The SF-36 scores of group A at 6 and 12 months after treatment were higher than those of group B (P <0.05). Conclusion Straight wire appliance or orthodontic ligature wire+resin fixation+pulp removal+Vitapex paste filling root canal is effective in the treatment of traumatic dislocation of anterior teeth. Compared with dental arch splint+ligature wire fixation+root canal therapy, it can improve the success rate of replantation, reduce complications, improve aesthetic satisfaction, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worthy of clinical application.
