Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of PDCA mode nursing in patients with osmidrosis treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency. Methods A total of 198 patients with osmidrosis who underwent surgical treatment in our department from January 2022 to June 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 99 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given PDCA mode nursing. The nursing quality, quality of life, emotional status, postoperative recovery index and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of nursing quality in the observation group was 97.98%, which was higher than 73.74% in the control group (P <0.05). The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The SDS score and SAS score of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05). The postoperative pain score, wound healing rate and wound healing time of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group wwas higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of PDCA mode nursing in patients with osmidrosis treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency is effective, which can effectively improve the quality of nursing, improve the patient's adverse emotions, reduce the incidence of complications, and improve the patient's satisfaction and quality of life.
