Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing mode in the management of out-of-hospital antiscar formation in patients with deep second-degree burns. Methods A total of 50 patients with deep second-degree burns admitted to our hospital from August 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 25 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, and the observation group was treated with continuous nursing. The self-management score, quality of life, scar formation, psychological status and scar hyperplasia incidence were compared between the two groups. Results The self-management ability score of the observation group was (14.02±0.26) scores, which was higher than (9.16±0.56) scores of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life score of the observation group was (82.12±1.51) scores, which was higher than (56.12±1.21) scores of the control group (P <0.05). The VSS score and psychological status score of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of scar hyperplasia in the observation group was 8.00%, which was lower than 25.00% in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of continuous nursing mode in the management of anti-scar formation in patients with deep second degree burn is effective, which can improve self-management ability and psychological status, reduce pain degree, improve scar condition and improve quality of life.
