Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of individual nursing in skin soft tissue expansion. Methods A total of 80 patients who underwent skin soft tissue expansion treatment admitted to the 960th Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army of China from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and study group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given individualized nursing. The flap expansion/expected amount, anxiety, compliance, satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The expansion volume/expected volume of the study group was (126.80±30.70)%, which was higher than (78.40±14.60)% of the reference group (P <0.05). The SAS score of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the reference group (P <0.05). The compliance rate of the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 75.00% of the reference group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.50%, which was higher than 77.50% of the reference group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 2.50%, which was lower than 17.50% in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of individualized nursing in skin soft tissue expansion can achieve satisfactory results, which is helpful to promote flap expansion and achieve the purpose of expansion. The patient satisfaction and compliance are high, and the incidence of complications is low. It is worthy of clinical application..
