Abstract:Objective To explore the rehabilitation effect of humanized nursing for patients with hand burn and scar plastic surgery. Methods A total of 90 patients with hand burn scar admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into study group and control group, with 45 patients in each group. All patients underwent scar plastic surgery. The control group was given routine nursing, the study group was given humanized nursing on the basis of the control group. The anxiety and depression, grip strength level, incidence of adverse reactions, TAM excellent rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results After intervention, the scores of anxiety and depression in the study group were lower than those in the control group (P <0.05). After intervention, the level of grip strength in the study group was (23.11±3.21) scores, which was higher than (16.34±2.45) scores in the control group (P <0.05). The excellent rate of TAM in the study group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in study group was lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with hand burn, humanized nursing can effectively relieve depression and anxiety, contribute to the recovery of hand function, improve the level of grip strength and finger joint degree, and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, which has clinical popularization value.
