Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of high quality nursing in patients with asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent asymmetric double eyelid plastic repair in our hospital from May 2022 to November 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 50 atients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given high quality nursing on the basis of the control group. The satisfaction, anxiety, eye function recovery, hospitalization time, postoperative rehabilitation time and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The satisfaction score of the study group after nursing was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The anxiety score of the study group after nursing was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The recovery score of eye function after nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The hospitalization time and postoperative rehabilitation time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was 4.00%, which was lower than 28.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of high quality nursing in patients with asymmetric double eyelid plastic surgery is effective. It can improve the satisfaction of patients, reduce the anxiety of patients, and promote the recovery of eye function. Meanwhile, it is of positive significance to shorten the hospitalization time and postoperative rehabilitation time and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
