Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of pressure bandaging combined with ice compress nursing after local anesthesia pouch resection. Methods From May 2020 to May 2023, 30 patients undergoing pouch resection with local anesthesia in our hospital were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into the reference group and the study group, with 15 patients in each group. The reference group was given routine nursing, and the study group was given pressure bandaging combined with ice compress nursing. The degree of eye edema, the degree of eye pain, nursing satisfaction and the excellent and good rate of nursing were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing, the scores of eye edema and eye pain in the study group were lower than those in the reference group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 66.67% of the reference group (P <0.05). The excellent and good rate of nursing in the study group was 100.00%, which was higher than 73.33% in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion Pressure bandaging combined with ice compress nursing can help to reduce eye pain, accelerate edema regression and improve comfort in patients undergoing pouch resection with local anesthesia, with higher nursing effect.
