Abstract:Objective: To investigate the effect of attached gingival reconstruction technology in the treatment of dental implant restoration. Methods: from January 2021 to may 2022, 60 patients with oral implant repair in our hospital were selected as cases, and were randomly divided into two groups. The conventional group was treated with traditional dental fillings, and the experimental group was treated with attached gingival reconstruction. The tooth function, appearance and aesthetic satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results: the tooth contact time, the percentage of left and right lateral force and the distance between the force centers in the experimental group were better than those in the conventional group, P<0.05. The color, appearance, overall beauty and facial score of the experimental group after repair were higher than those of the conventional group, P<0.05. The satisfaction of the aesthetic evaluation of the repair effect in the experimental group was higher than that in the conventional group, P<0.05. Conclusion: the effect of attached gingival reconstruction in the treatment of oral implant restoration is significant, which can effectively improve the patient"s dental function, and the restoration appearance is good, and the patients" evaluation of aesthetics is high, which is worthy of promotion.
