Abstract:Objective To evaluate the effect of different treatment frequency of OGP multi-band photon skin lightening instrument in facial anti-aging treatment. Methods From May to August 2023, 96 patients with facial anti-aging treatment admitted to the Department of Dermatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University in Shenyang were randomly divided into observation group, control group A and control group B, with 32 patients in each group. The observation group was treated once a week for 4 consecutive times; control group A was treated twice a week for 8 consecutive times; the control group B was treated 3 times a week for 12 consecutive times. The skin water content, melanin index (MI), clinical efficacy, treatment satisfaction, adverse reactions and pain were compared among the three groups. Results The skin water content of the observation group was higher than that of the control group A and the control group B, and the MI value was lower than that of the control group A and the control group B (P <0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group (100.00%) was higher than that of the control group A (96.87%) and the control group B (93.75%) (P <0.05). The VAS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group A and the control group B on the 4th week of treatment (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in treatment satisfaction among the three groups (P >0.05), and no adverse events occurred. Conclusion OGP treatment for once a week can increase skin water content, reduce pigmentation, improve satisfaction, reduce pain, and does not induce skin erythema. It is safe and not recommended for multi-frequency use.
