    目的 分析口腔数字化技术修复牙体缺损的临床效果及对美观度的影响。方法 选取2022年 1月-2023年12月在我院接受口腔修复治疗的100例牙体缺损患者为研究对象,随机分为参考组(n =50)及 试验组(n =50)。参考组应用常规口腔技术修复,试验组采用口腔数字化技术修复,比较两组口腔美观程 度、咀嚼功能、临床疗效及并发症发生情况。结果 试验组修复黏合强度、色泽、形体美观程度评分高于 参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组治疗后咬合力、咀嚼效率均高于参考组,差异有统计学意 义(P<0.05);试验组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于参考组的82.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试 验组并发症发生率低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论 对牙体缺损患者应用口腔数字化技 术进行修复可改善患者口腔美观程度和咀嚼功能,同时降低相关并发症发生风险,提高治疗效果,具有较 大的临床应用价值。

    Abstract:

    Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oral digital technology in repairing tooth defect and its influence on aesthetics. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023, 100 patients with tooth defect who received oral repair in our hospital were randomly divided into reference group (n =50) and experimental group (n =50). The reference group was treated with conventional oral technology repair, and the experimental group was treated with oral digital technology repair. The oral aesthetics, masticatory function, complications and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared. Results The scores of repair adhesion strength, color and shape aesthetics in the experimental group were higher than those in the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, the bite force and masticatory efficiency of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group, and the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 96.00%, which was higher than 82.00% in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The application of oral digital technology for oral repair in patients with tooth defect can improve the oral aesthetics and masticatory function, reduce the risk of related complications and improve the therapeutic effect, which has great clinical application value.
