Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of immediate implant aesthetic restoration on patients with anterior teeth trauma and the improvement of overall aesthetics. Methods A total of 60 patients with anterior tooth trauma admitted to Suzhou Stomatological Hospital from March 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into control group (30 patients) and observation group (30 patients). The control group was treated with delayed implant aesthetic restoration, and the observation group was treated with immediate implant aesthetic restoration. The clinical efficacy, overall aesthetics, subjective satisfaction and implant stability were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of repair in the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 66.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The pink and white esthetic scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The scores of attachment height, masticatory ability and aesthetic effect in the subjective satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The implant stability of the observation group was higher than that of the control group at 3 and 6 months after repair (P <0.05). Conclusion Compared with delayed implant aesthetic restoration, immediate implant aesthetic restoration has a good repair effect in patients with anterior teeth trauma, which can improve the overall aesthetics of tooth, strengthen the stability of repair, and is conducive to the improvement of subjective satisfaction.
