Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of stellate ganglion block combined with ozone autohemotherapy on preventing vascular crisis and improving the survival rate of fingers after replantation of severed fingers. Methods A total of 40 patients with replantation of severed fingers admitted to the Department of Hand Surgery, Shenzhen Longgang District Orthopedic Hospital from February 2021 to June 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was given routine anti-infection, anticoagulation and anti-spasm treatment after operation, and the observation group was given stellate ganglion block combined with ozone autohemotherapy on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, incidence of vascular crisis, replantation survival rate, red blood cell (RBC) aggregation index and prothrombin time (PT) were compared between the two groups. Results The excellent and good rate of treatment in the observation group was 90.00%, which was higher than 40.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of vascular crisis in the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 55.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The survival rate of replantation in the observation group was 92.59%, which was higher than 54.05% in the control group (P <0.05). After treatment, RBC aggregation index and PT in the observation group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Stellate ganglion block combined with ozone autohemotherapy can improve hemorheology and hypercoagulability, effectively prevent vascular crisis, and improve the survival rate of fingers. The therapeutic effect is better than that of conventional three antibody therapy.
