Abstract:Objective To explore the nursing effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing on children with chilopalatognathus surgery. Methods A total of 60 children with chilopalatognathus surgery admitted to our hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 30 children in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given perioperative comprehensive nursing. The pain, complications, satisfaction, quality of life and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results The pain score of the observation group was (1.53±0.87) scores, which was lower than (2.01±0.92) scores of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 10.00%, which was lower than 36.67% in the control group (P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group (P <0.05). The quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (P <0.05). The mental health rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% of the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion The implementation of perioperative comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the postoperative recovery of children with chilopalatognathus, reduce complications, improve satisfaction, and better meet the psychological needs of children, which is worthy of application.
