Abstract:Objective To study the effect of psychological intervention combined with comprehensive nursing in postoperative rehabilitation of patients with maxillofacial trauma. Methods A total of 40 patients with maxillofacial trauma and plastic surgery who were treated in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 20 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the study group was given psychological intervention combined with comprehensive nursing intervention. The anxiety and depression emotions, confidence level, clinical efficacy, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P <0.05); the self-confidence score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and that of the study group was higher than that of the control group (P <0.05); the excellent and good rate of treatment in the study group was 95.00%, which was higher than 75.00% in the control group (P <0.05); the nursing satisfaction score of the study group was (96.38±2.49) scores, which was higher than (81.26±1.73) scores of the control group (P <0.05); the quality of life scores of the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and the study group was higher than the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Psychological intervention combined with comprehensive nursing for patients with maxillofacial trauma plastic surgery can help alleviate negative emotions, enhance self-confidence, improve clinical efficacy, improve quality of life, and meet patients' nursing expectations.
