Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of systematic nursing in the treatment of VSD wound repair in burn patients. Methods A total of 60 burn patients treated with VSD wound repair in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into conventional group (n =30) and experimental group (n =30) by random number table method. The conventional group was given conventional nursing, and the experimental group was given systematic nursing intervention on the basis of the routine group. The coping style, negative emotion, nursing satisfaction and incidence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results The coping score of the two groups after intervention was higher than that before intervention, and the scores of yield and avoidance were lower than those before intervention, while the coping score of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the scores of yield and avoidance were lower than those of the conventional group (P <0.05). The scores of SAS and SDS in the two groups after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the conventional group (P <0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 70.00% of the conventional group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 6.67%, which was lower than 26.67% in the conventional group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with VSD wound repair burns, supplemented with systematic nursing can enable patients to actively face the disease, improve anxiety and depression, improve nursing satisfaction, prevent the incidence of complications, and have an ideal nursing effect.
